The London launch of Carnesky’s Tarot Drome saw Marisa working with home-grown talent as well as artists from Slovenia and the US, including an esteemed actor from the Mlandinsko Theatre company; wrestling stars; a television tarot card reader and a live art-rock band.

Rasp Thorne is the frontman of Rasp Thorne & the Briars. He is a performer, musician and writer originally from Montana. Having spent much time in New York, New Orleans and Germany he has set his roots down in London where he is associate artist and musical director of Carnesky Productions.

Vicky Butterfly (pictured) collaborated with Marisa and the artistic team to create the original presentation of The High Priestess at The Old Vic Tunnels, and performed The High Priestess at Latitude 2013 as a skate solo. She is one of the core cast members and performs The Sun, The Moon, The Stars and Judgement as as part of an eight-strong avant-garde skate troupe.

Isobel Palmer, a graduate of Carnesky’s Finishing School and a member of the cabaret collective Chalk Dust Cabaret worked with Vicky and Marisa to create the installation version of The High Priestess for Latitude in 2013.

The Emperor

Phil Bedwell has been a professional wrestler for 17 years. He has wrestled frequently in the UK and Europe, including the Lucha Britannia show from it’s inception in 2006. Recently, he has moved from the ring to the stage to utilise his skills in cabaret and performance.

The Hierophant

Jason Karl is a television presenter, entertainment producer and author. He co-presented the first series of Most Haunted and went on to host shows in the USA, Belgium and Germany. Jason is the creative director of AtmosFEAR! Scare Entertainment, a production company working with theme parks, heritage venues and theatres.
